1. Scope of Services
We provide high-quality concrete mixing, delivery, and placement services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. All services are performed according to industry standards and project specifications agreed upon in the contract.
2. Scheduling & Delivery
• Customers must schedule services at least 48 hours in advance.
• Delivery windows are approximate. We strive to maintain punctuality but are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.
• Delays caused by the customer (e.g., site not ready) may result in additional charges.
3. Quality Assurance
• All concrete mixes meet ASTM standards and are prepared in certified facilities.
• A slump test or additional quality verification can be performed upon request for an additional fee.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the mix design before delivery.
4. Site Requirements
• Clients must ensure site accessibility for our vehicles and equipment.
• If the site is not accessible, or if conditions are unsafe, services may be postponed or canceled.
• Any damage to property caused by poor site access or customer directions is not the responsibility of our company.
5. Payment Terms
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• Full payment is due upon delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or approved credit account.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
7. Safety & Compliance
• Our team follows strict safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Clients must also ensure the safety of the site and inform us of any hazards.
8. Liability Disclaimer
• We are not liable for delays, damages, or project disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
• Clients must inspect deliveries and report any issues within 24 hours.
9. Customer Satisfaction
• We value feedback and aim for high customer satisfaction. Please report any concerns promptly so we can resolve them efficiently.
